If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product in the online store "Klepka", you can return it within 14 days from the date of purchase, according to the law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" under the following conditions:
- The marketable appearance of the board game is preserved.
- The goods must not have traces of damage (scratches, scuffs, chips, etc.), as well as traces of liquid on the elements of the game or packaging;
- The packaging, consumer properties and completeness (as indicated in the instructions or on the box) must be preserved;
* the goods are NOT returnable if the film from the box is removed, unpacked film of the game elements inside the box, because in this case the Goods will lose their marketable appearance.
- In the presence of all documents for the goods (rules and sales receipt).
Buyer has the right to:
- To purchase a similar or other product from the store's assortment at the same price or with the transfer of the price and payment of the positive difference;
